This is the Tinicum Hall Building, Pennhurst. This building sits next to Mayflower and the Quaker Hall Buildings. During the Halloween season, outside staff have reported strange lights in the windows. There also has been sightings of a translucent figure hovering around the building and even in the treetop.
Pennhurst State School and Mental Hospital is located in Spring City Pa. Pennhurst Haunt is open during the Halloween Season.
