DEVON BUILDING: PENNHURST STATE SCHOOL & HOSPITAL

Known for housing ambulatory patients, Devon was once home to both, men and women. Today this building is in a state of disrepair, but  restoration is a future possibility. This is one of the main hallways on 1st floor. Cold water permeating into your shoes only gives it a more chilly atmosphere. It is alleged that if you leave toys or books around in Devon, they won't remain in place for long. Apparently, mischievous ghosts like to hide the items to keep people guessing to their whereabouts.
