This picture is the rear side of the Mayflower Hall Building, Pennhurst in Spring City, Pa. If you are not familiar with Pennhurst, this state and mental hospital closed its doors in 1986 after an 80 year reign. Parts of the property are now being used for a Halloween attraction. The Mayflower Hall is used as a ghost hunt. This picture was taken in the off season, when no one was in the building. In the 2nd floor window, two faces peer out into the yard. These ghostly apparitions, a woman and a little girl are often sighted together on the 2nd floor. The strange thing is - this building was a male ward.
